STEAM 創(chuàng)客教育

CIS has made significant investments in state-of-the-art technology to support student learning an exploration. From Pre-K to Grade 12. all students engage in hands-on learning experiences within the IDEA Lab, where design thinking and constructivist principles are seamlessly integrated into the daily curriculum. Our goal is to empower students to become confident, curious learners equipped with the skills they need to thrive in an ever-evolving world.

CIS為學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)與探索持續(xù)投入先進(jìn)的教育科技。從幼兒園到12年級(jí)，所有學(xué)生都將在創(chuàng)客中心開展實(shí)踐學(xué)習(xí)，在日常課程中融入設(shè)計(jì)思維與建構(gòu)主義理念。我們的目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)自信、主動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí)者，幫助他們掌握應(yīng)對(duì)未來(lái)挑戰(zhàn)所需的關(guān)鍵能力，在不斷變化的世界中茁壯成長(zhǎng)，邁向成功。

Athletics 體育運(yùn)動(dòng)

At CIS, athletics are an integral part of school life. We come together as a community to celebrate the sporting achievements of our students—whether as proud Grizzlies or as individual athletes. A passion for sports and a commitment to excellence are deeply embedded in our culture. CIS is proud to offer world-class athletic facilities, which allow us to host a wide range of sporting events and provide students with the space to train, compete, and grow.

體育運(yùn)動(dòng)是CIS校園生活中不可或缺的重要組成部分。無(wú)論是在“灰熊隊(duì)”贏得的團(tuán)隊(duì)榮譽(yù)，還是學(xué)生個(gè)人的精彩表現(xiàn)，我們都以校園社區(qū)的力量共同慶祝每一份體育成就。對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的天賦與熱情，早已深深融入CIS的校園文化。我們擁有完備的體育設(shè)施，不僅為學(xué)生提供專業(yè)的訓(xùn)練與比賽環(huán)境，也使我們能夠承辦各類高水平的體育賽事。

Music 音樂(lè)教育

CIS offers music to all students from Pre-Kindergarten all the way to Grade 12 with a Secondary Wind Orchestra and a Junior Choir. During the school year our students have different opportunities to display their musical gifts, such as our Winter Festival, International Day. Moreover, CIS students are sharing their talent and love of music by hosting public concerts and joining Festive Tree Lighting ceremonies in Guangzhou community.

CIS為學(xué)前班至12年級(jí)的所有學(xué)生開設(shè)系統(tǒng)的音樂(lè)課程，涵蓋中學(xué)管樂(lè)團(tuán)與小學(xué)合唱團(tuán)等多樣形式。學(xué)生在整個(gè)學(xué)年中擁有豐富的舞臺(tái)機(jī)會(huì)，充分展現(xiàn)自己的音樂(lè)天賦，例如冬季音樂(lè)節(jié)、國(guó)際日等校內(nèi)活動(dòng)。此外，CIS學(xué)生還積極走入社區(qū)，通過(guò)舉辦公開音樂(lè)會(huì)、參與廣州各類節(jié)日活動(dòng)等方式，分享他們對(duì)音樂(lè)的熱愛(ài)與才華，傳遞藝術(shù)的力量。

Fine Arts 藝術(shù)教育

In the elementary division, students explore art through the IB framework and Alberta curriculum, fostering creativity from Grades 1-5. Transitioning to middle and high school, our dynamic approach, also grounded in the Alberta curriculum, engages students in art through sketchbook work, projects, and critiques. Process-based work is further emphasized, preparing them for university and fostering experimentation, critical thinking and personal expression across various mediums.

在小學(xué)部，學(xué)生們通過(guò)IB課程框架與阿爾伯塔課程的結(jié)合，探索多樣的藝術(shù)形式，從一年級(jí)到五年級(jí)逐步培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造力與表達(dá)能力。進(jìn)入初高中階段，CIS基于阿爾伯塔課程開展富有活力的藝術(shù)教學(xué)，通過(guò)速寫本練習(xí)、項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)作與同伴互評(píng)等多樣方式，激發(fā)學(xué)生的藝術(shù)興趣與參與度。CIS的課程注重“過(guò)程導(dǎo)向”的藝術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)模式，為學(xué)生日后升讀大學(xué)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，同時(shí)鼓勵(lì)他們?cè)诙喾N藝術(shù)媒介中進(jìn)行創(chuàng)作實(shí)驗(yàn)，發(fā)展批判性思維與個(gè)性化表達(dá)能力。
