G10 and G8 Geography courses both cover industrial systems. The content includes the understanding of the inputs, processes, and outputs of industrial systems and the classification of different industries. In order to allow our students to better experience the operation of industrial systems, our students visited Deyi (Guangdong) Valve Co., Ltd. on 13 May and 14 May respectively.

十年級(jí)和八年級(jí)的地理課程涉及工業(yè)系統(tǒng)。內(nèi)容包含對(duì)工業(yè)系統(tǒng)的投入、過(guò)程、產(chǎn)出的認(rèn)識(shí)和不同工業(yè)的分類(lèi)。為了讓我們的學(xué)生更能親身體會(huì)工業(yè)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作，我們分別于5月13日和5月14日到得一(廣東)閥門(mén)有限公司進(jìn)行參觀(guān)。

Firstly, General Manager Liu Liping of De Yi Valve Co., Ltd. welcomed the students. She is an alumnus of Jinan University and encouraged the students to think about the purpose of learning and the importance of lifelong learning. General Manager Liu sets an example for the students by continuously striving to learn. Through the introduction of De Yi (Guangdong) Valve Co., Ltd., the students learned about its series of products including control valves, ball valves, and bottom discharge valves.

Then the students visited the workshop, observing how each process operates and seeing production equipment such as lathes, drilling machines, testing facilities, casting, heat treatment, flow testing, and pressure testing stations.

然后學(xué)生們參觀(guān)車(chē)間，觀(guān)察每個(gè)工序怎樣運(yùn)作，并看到車(chē)床、鉆床、檢測(cè)、鑄造、熱處理、流量測(cè)試、壓力實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)等生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。

Finally, through the staff's explanation, they understood that valves have very wide applications, including gas pipelines, fire hydrants, water pipes, etc., which are actually closely related to our daily lives. The students took detailed notes and combined their classroom learning to gain a deeper understanding of the operation of industrial systems.

最后透過(guò)工作人員的解釋?zhuān)靼资裁词情y門(mén)和閥門(mén)的應(yīng)用非常廣泛，包括煤氣管、消防栓、水管等等，其實(shí)跟我們的日常生活息息相關(guān)。學(xué)生們認(rèn)真記錄筆記，結(jié)合課堂所學(xué)，更深入了解工業(yè)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作。
