　　親愛的文澤學生，家長和朋友們：

　　你們好!

　　非常榮幸我們的松山湖校區終于在2019-2020學期正式開學!為了實現學校的愿景，為了順利開學，我們經過了不斷的規劃，建設和不懈的付出。

　　我很高興能成為東華文澤學校的創校校長，讓我有機會利用我在美國和中國長達7年的領導經驗，以及14年經驗建立完善的學習體系來推動學生的學習成長，并培育和維持互相合作的文化。

　　我和學校的每一位員工，都在學校的使命、愿景和價值觀的驅動下，實現有教無類;并致力讓所有學生從世界的教育中獲益，成為有創造力、充滿好奇心和具有批判性思維的人才。我知道，在帶領學校前進和發展方面，我肩負著重大的責任。我在日常運營時做到互相包容，使我們能夠建立積極正面的學校文化，建立持久的關系，和尊重文化差異。

　　我相信，我們有能力把可能實現的目標取得實實在在的成果。我們將自豪地踏上了一段融合“豐富歷史”與“創新未來”的學習之旅，而父母和孩子們將成為我們的同路人，一同為未來的挑戰做好準備并好奇地探索這個充滿可能性的世界。

　　只有啟發每個孩子及裝備他們取得成功，才是持久實踐東華文澤學校愿景的做法!

　　Welcome Letter from

　　Head of School
 

　　Dear Wenzel Students, Families, and Friends,

　　It is with great honor and enthusiasm that we open the Songshan Lake campus for the 2019-2020 school year. Much planning, construction, and investment have gone into realizing the vision of our school and preparing for a successful opening year.

　　I am thrilled to be Wenzel’s founding Head of School where I have been given the opportunity to utilize my seven years of leadership experience, both in America and China, and fourteen years of building learning systems to impact student learning and ensure a nurturing and sustaining culture of collaboration.

　　I am driven, as is every staff member at Wenzel, by our mission, vision, and values and committed to making our school a place where all students are welcome and are benefactors of a world-class education that prepares them to become creative, curious, and critical thinkers. While responsibility is shared, I recognize the unique role I play in the growth and development of our school community and will ensure that inclusive practices are integrated into the daily operations so that we can build a positive school culture, establish enduring relationships, and respond in culturally appropriate ways.

　　I believe we have the power to transform what we think of as possible into tangible outcomes. We are proud to embark on a learning journey that fuses our rich history with an innovative future, supported by parents and children who want to be prepared for the challenges ahead and are curious to explore the world of possibilities. Only when every child is inspired and equipped to succeed, does the Wenzel vision endure.
